Telemarketer call: "Hello, my name is Joe. I am a hearing administrator in ________ [call cut out], and I'm calling you about ..." At this point,I said "Joe, I'm sorry I didn't catch that, your call cut out." He hung up abruptly without reply. This was a call to my law firm. We have no ongoing hearings. If it has something to do with a mortgage, I paid off my mortgage years ago. No past due taxes, either. Blocked this number.

This is a mortgage company trying to buy my loan. As soon as I mentioned that my mortgage interest rate is below 4% they immediately hung up on me. If they treat prospects so rudely like this, imagine the unscrupulous manner in which they would handle your account. Avoid at all costs. Poor business ethics.
