Claim to have court papers against you.   When actually they are linked to MagicJack/Ymax Communications Inc.    They are scammers.  Trying to scare you or your family members into giving them money.

Said he wanted to know if I would be around to receive legal papers, I asked what kind of papers and he said I don’t know it’s just a package envelope.  I asked him for his physical location that I was going to report him to the Federal Trade Commission, he refused to give me his physical address, so I asked who he worked for and he replied RA something, so I just gave him a piece of my mind, told him he was a fraud, and blocked his number.

I recieved a call from 9012177331. It was a woman who spoke great english and advised me that there were legal papers being filed against me. She then gave me the number to call the attorneys and a case number. Do not be fooled by these phonies! They are attempting to collect old or false debt and will take what you give them and you will never see it again. If your going to be served with papers, then a reputable company will serve them accordingly. This is a classic scare tactic possibly done by a foreign country to increase thier revenue.

Called telling me they knew of a woman named Deborah stine who had court papers against me. I then proceeded to hang up the phone, and block them.

several calls from this number on caller ID but I do not answer and they do not leave message. In looking up Moscow TN as this is what name comes up on caller ID it is a small town with about 5oo people. surely some sort of scam from reading all what is being said. Also I have never been to Moscow TN or have no business with anyone. ring away I document and turn in all these calls as it is non stop and many times a day. Not picking up the phone Moscow so dont waste your time. anything you want to say put in writting and send by letter.
