It was a recorded message saying they have been trying to contact me and this is my final notice. Regarding lowering my credit card interest rates.

Got a call, said it was from "Member Card Services" telling me that this was my "Final notice". I hung up after that. Clearly a scam.

First it was my home phone. Repeatedly. Now, it's my cell. "Member Card Services." Final notice. What do we have to do to stop this cr*p?

Another "We've talked to you before, we've sent you mail, we've left messages" (all bull) about lowing your credit card rates. Supposedly the final call, but I find that hard to believe.

I got a call this morning on my cell. Did not pick up, since i was busy. When i returned the call, got a message "I am sorry the person you are calling does not have a voice mail set up...blah..blah.."
