3-4 phone calls in 2 days. A real nuisance. What can we do?

I have received 5 calls from this number in the past 48 hours. I have been receiving them from this number for several weeks now, to the point that it seems like harassment. What can I do to stop this? It doesn't seem to do any good to report it.

It's for a car warranty. Don't answer it, wait until after they call and then call back, the recording gives you the option to be put on the do not call list. Once you do that the calls stop within 24 hours
