a young man called stating he was our grandson,( my husband asked was it Trent (?) and that he had to go to Chicago that his best friend had died,...my husband handed me the phone and no one was on line... We believe this to be a scam or prank call!

Lost relative scam, aimed to pilfer money from elders by posing as a relative. Will always include an accident or supposed emergency where they need money.
