Called but left no message. I do not answer numbers that does not identify themselves. I called back from another phone and a voice said that the number I called was incorrect. Scam?

How many times must I say this?  If a caller blocks who they are w/o a name, Otis bogus!  STOP ANSWERING THE PHONE from numbers you do not recognize, and don't call back to see who they are!  Yes, I got a call from this number to.  Blocked it immediately, labeled it ❌DO NOT ANSWER❌ Chicago then researched the number. It is being called out of Mexico!
