Its a scam.  Phishing.  They ask for a bank account number or credit card number to cover shipping, handling, and insurance.  They spend all of your money.  They never send the gift card.

I got this same txt just now, and I am wondering how the hell they got my phone number? Any ideas? Is there any way to have my phone number removed? Thanks

Received a text message, indicating I won a $1000 gift card to Wal-Mart, prompting me to follow a link to enter the promo code FREE. This is very irritating, and I would like to know how these scammers got my phone number and how to remove my number from their autogenerating list!!!
