Heavy foreign accent wanted to know miles on car

Heavy foreign accent.  Wanted to know miles on vehicle.  Would not tell him and  asked him not to call back.  He said "He didn't have time for this" and slammed down the phone.

Multiple phone calls. Answered first call. The man asked for me by name with heavy foreign accent. Told them they had wrong number and they still continue to call constantly. Other calls from this area code/prefix several months ago were relating to vehicle warranty.
