Recieved unwanted Call from Telemarketer about refinancing. They say to press 2 to be removed but then it only hangs up.  I get this call about the same day and time normally around 4 PM Thursdays.  I tried to call back but the recording tells me that this is an incorrect number and cannot be dialed.
