865-622-3554 is SCBS a debt collection agency. The can't seem to grasp the concept that
people sometimes get new numbers used by others in the past. These rank amateurs think
that threatening me was the thing to do. I called their bluff since I'm NOT the person they
are looking for. The threat was "legal action", so, I said, knock yourself out, go for it.
The girl on the phone is barely literate and has no concept or grasp of the English vernacular.
