901-290-9186  This  -IS- a telemarketer. who ALSO calls from 865-344-3003
 
I answered their 2nd call, but they asked for a name of a man who does not live here, and I forgot to ask the man WHO he was and what he was calling about.  BUT... I phoned this number back and it was answered
by a recording stating that it's "DegreeConnection.Info" and they offer a free education matching service to connect you with local campuses that have classes that match your needs.  This violates the Do-Not-Call list.  After I made repeated calls to listen to their recording and write it down, I got a call from 480-397-7251 and as soon as I said hello, the caller hung up on me. I believe this is another phone number they use.  

Then, about an hour later, they called me from 865-344-3003 and told me the company name is DegreeConnection.Info and that they "offer free education matching services" to connect me with local campuses that have the educational studies I "expressed an interest in".  When I told the woman
I had not requested any information, and that she is in violation of the Do-Not-Call list, she suddenly hung up on me.

Received a call which left no voicemail message.  I called the number back and a computer voice answered.. thanking me for calling "Academic Degrees .Net".  Before it could finish a guy picked up and just answered saying "Hellooo?".  I sat there for a bit saying nothing, to let them see what it was like. LOL.. then he hung up and I added the number to my phone's reject list.  

I've been getting calls like this for the past 4 days from different numbers and have told at least two different reps to add me to their Do Not Call list.  I'm also on the federal list.  I'm starting to suspect an app is the result of this.  I've noticed more and more apps trying to get you to sign up to receive information on various stuff lately and i suspect one of these has sent back my phone number. Grrr...
