Jason Scott is the man who called me thhis morning wanting me to pay on an old bill from 2004. He was very aggressive and rude. He had all my cc info and my ssn, but he wanted to auto draft out of my bank account and when I told him no he started yelling at me and I hung up. When i called back to see if his number went to Alliance Group like he said , it was his personal voicemail.

2004 is 12 years ago. Even if you really did owe that debt it is not collectible in many US States, most of them in fact. Should they call again (after you have researched debt laws in your State) tell them to send something in writing by US Mail. Not fax, text, email, or phone. US Mail. You will accept nothing else, and send it to the address you have on file. Don't give them your address because a real (REAL) debt collector has it.

i work for Municipality and he calls and the call is not for me.  I told him to longer call this number.  He said he will not stop.  He keeps asking for information on my daughter

Your daughter  probably owes bills. Does she not pay her bills?
