Getting calls from this number also, but never home to answer.. They stay on line long enough to make it to my voicemail but of complete silence.. If I catch them next time, I'll update

I got a few calls from this number, when I called back they answered the phone as Charter Communications....just another telemarketer.

Confirming.. After they have been lighting up my phone for the last month, I finally decided to answer.. After a long pause, it was a clearly a telemarketing company, maybe a telemarketing farm, this time was on behalf of Charter Communications. Hope that helps someone else. :)  One note - the guy I spoke with was very nice and when i said I wasn't interested, he was kind enough to say thank you and let me get off the phone.  I was surprised. lol
