Was a robo call and left a cut-off voice message that said "your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice." Then different voice: "Press the number 1 on your telephone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates. Thank you."

Not sure what interest rates they are talking about as I am all set with my bank and gov student loans. Clearly a fraud.

When I called the number the message was "we're sorry you have reached a number that has been disconnected or no longer in service..................."

Got a call at 9:20am this morning on cell phone.  Phone was in another room on the charger.  I was in bed and didn't bother because I rarely get a call from people I know on the cell and I definitely don't this time of the morning.  Shortly, I got the cell and also tried to call this # and it stated "I'm sorry, you have reached a # that is no longer in service or disconnected."  Really???
