Got a call on August 30th 2016 from this number claiming to be the IRS.  After the caller's spill of the "IRS" seizing my property and freezing my assets, didn't get the response he was wanting he hung up on me.

Received a call from this number on business line. Stated "this is the i-r-s, internal revenue service. and this call is for you". Broken English. Possibly mid-Asian. I started laughing and had to hangup.

Got a call Sept. 6 2016 at around noon.  I realized it was a scam so I called the number back from a VOIP the same guy (broken English) answered and he asked why I called, I said you called me and he asked if I was calling from the same number they had called me, so I said no and he said what number did you received our call in.  That is when I started calling him P.O.S. and remembering his mother.
He hung up.

It is not "spill" it is spelled: "spiel"

Received a call from this number today. Person speaking broken English identified himself as "officer." Was informed to call him back or my attorney, Having worked in law enforcement from the local to federal level, I've never heard any "officer" identify themselves as he did. I hope that he is not trying to impersonate a LEO.
