This caller has been calling on my cell phone for a long time usually leaving recorded message on my voicemail (the message they leave is a recording, never a live person). Sounds like they're advertising for credit consolidation; can't really tell because the man in recording is talking too fast.

The same caller calls from numerous other phone numbers too.
