Calls and leavesno message

i have gotten calls like this for the past 2 days. but been getting them in the past few months. but theses last 2 days you can hear someone on the phone, but they just hold the phone. i think they need to be caught and tried. thats harassing people. and scammers. they should be jailed.

This number called asking for my minor child. I told him she was 9. He repeatedly asked to speak to her. I asked what about, he replied that it was personal. WTH?!? I said he couldn't talk to her because she was a minor and he could talk to me and he said no. I called him a pervert and I hung on him.

This number called with a middle eastern or Indian accented male.  Claimed to be a microsoft certified tech and that my computer had downloaded some dangerous software.  He wanted me to turn it on and enable remote access.  I repeated cut off his spiel asking him details about the information he claimed to have (i.e. my computer ID number he claimed to have, etc.)  He couldn't answer my questions and told him to stop calling.  Of course he called back 3 times and each time I told (not asked) him to stop calling.  The calls finally stopped.

This just happened to me also. Exact same situation. Said my computer had a virus.
