This guy calls me ALL THE TIME asking me if I'm still in real estate, "since I'm not very active on social media".   A search of real estate in our area, with or without my name, and my social media footprint is HUGE in the search results.  I asked him today what social media he planned to involve me in that I wasn't involved in already, and he stuttered and sputtered trying to find the spot in his script to cover it, then he hung up.  Ridiculous.
