I got a number calling me by the same number... They oddly seem to call shortly after I leave my house ... Which I leave all the time at odd times...

I have no clue who it is, I call it back and I get "This person has a voicemail that is not yet set up"... no ring straight to voice mail...

I too would be interested to find out who this is.

I answered and said, "hello."  I did not recognize the number.  The man on the other end pretended we had a bad connection and would have to call me back.  He did call right back, but I didn't answer, because it all seemed fishy to me.  I'm sure he could hear me and we didn't have a bad connection.  He didn't leave a message.
