Getting unwanted, stupid text messages from this number. I do not respond. I think they are just trying to see if you will respond before they begin their barrage of harassing telemarketing calls.....

Forward spam texts to 7726 and let your carrier deal with them.

Ok, thank you. Didn't know I could do that ! Does that same number of 7726 work with all cell phone carriers ? I have verizon.

Yes, each carrier uses that number for customers to report spam texts. I also have Verizon and have reported spam to it. So far no repeats after reporting.
