Rec'vd a call from this So. Carolina number. I answered- silence for 15 seconds or so, then line hung up.

call - picked up without saying anything - then dial tone. will block

Picked up the call without saying a word and they hung up. I called back from a work phone number and an automated voice says "Press any number to be taken off the list. It may take 24 hours."
