Called the number back; was answered by person answering "Mail Protector".

IF this is your number then Identify yourself and if your number has been "spoofed"(masquerades as another/falsifying) then report it to your telecom provider, appropriate State and Federal agency.

The call was wanted to get me introduced into a product called Mail Protector but all their number on their website show 800 number which do not include 864-251-5811 which indicates they are using an outside firm to cold call people.

Look the number up on Facebook it will tell u who it is
