That is a common scammer's line they use to trick people, but you can safely hang up, ignore it and block the number.

This number is a scam number the real IRS will never call u they mail letters . Call the real IRS number if u don't believe me never listen to these scammers they will try to scare u saying jail time any thing to get money, gift cards , warn other people about this IRS scam
