scammer from Google marketing

Don't know who these people are and why they call me. It's an automated call. Below is the message they left behind:

"Chicago's warranty, you should have received something in the mail about your warranty expiring since we haven't got a response. We are giving you a final courtesy call before we close your file and your warranty expires would you like to speak to a warranty specialist about reinstating your car's warranty? Would you like to see would you like to speak to a warranty specialist about reinstating your car's warranty?"

The screen showed the word "SURVEY" when this number rang.   No one answered.  We get approximately TEN of these "SURVEY" calls a week, and we are DAMNED TIRED OF IT!    When they do talk it is to tell us that this is our "final courtesy call" to receive a "credit card that can save us money".  We were told on one call that by pushing #2, it would stop the calls.  Obviously it did not.  We can block 48 numbers, so it is obvious, if the powers that be would allow it, one SHOULD be able to block an unlimited amount of calls.   I am caretaker to an Alzheimer's patient and a glaucoma patient, and I get very little sleep.    Something could be done.  Something should be done.  And something BETTER be done, and soon.

Had a missed call - called back and the recording said "Hi, this is Lisa with the rewards center. I have a $100.00 gift voucher for you for one of many stores like Home Depot (etc etc). If you would like to receive your $100 voucher just press 1" No other options or information given.

Does anyone have the National Do Not Call Registry #? I had it once but lost it when my phone was stolen. It works. It was in an older phone book but i can't find it in the new ones.
