Has called me three times in the past 12 hours!

It's Credit One Bank.

Its Credit One. Already paid my bill but they will call you up to 15 times a day because payments can take days (almost a week) to post to account.

Thanks for telling me its Credit One. I'm late with my bill but there's no reason for them to call me 3 time in the past hour and I'm not answering cause I didn't know it was them and I already told them I would pay by end of the week. So they can keep calling but I wont be answering

Grr hit a hard time and was a few days late one time and what do I get? By the time the payment actually posted and they stopped calling I received 32 calls in 8 days. Dang. Really??? Is this necessary? This is just harassment. I've actually even worked in collections before but we never called this many times. I'm paying the card off this payday and closing it. It was just a temporary crutch when our dryer broke anyway. Loyalty programs or one time forgiveness are how you keep customers, not harassment.
