Caller left message and said they were from the International Check Fraud Division.  I do not know if this a legimitate call or not.

That is a group called International Receivable Management.  They are first class jerks.  Ray Amonti (sp?) is an [***].   They purchase defaulted payday loans and they harrass you with a lawsuit.   I'm paying them off as quickly as possible so I won't have to listen to Ray's nasty mouth again.
