Called on my cell phone and identified as collection agent (John) trying to collect an unpaid parking ticket from 2012.  Some supposed computer glitch, now costing $706.00, when I asked to have a copy of ticket and information mailed to me so I could investigate I was threatened with a warrant for my arrest unless I gave him a payment right now.  I said several words unbecoming of a lady and hung up.  Called our local police dept and confirmed that traffic tickets even the ones sent to collections are not collected in this manner and it was probably a scam.
