Cell Phone sitting on desk. It started to ring I picked up and notice the number 1863-486-8099. I did not recognize so I picked up. Once I picked it up, it started ring as though I was making an outbound call. After 5 rings, it went silent but showed connected. No one on the other line. I hung up.

I figured this was another telemarketer (it was), so I answered the call and screamed at the top of my lungs.  They didn't call back.

call the federal trade comission and make a complaint. 1-877-382-4357

Got a Call today from this phone number asking for me I said i was not home and would be 3-4 days before i get home anyone no who this is?  poobearonly4u@aol.com
