Caller ID says Cell Phone FL. Not sure what it is about since I never let them get past "We are calling about the recent rate increases in your electric bill...".  At that point I hang up, I have gotten many phone calls that start off the same way from different telephone numbers. Not sure what they are selling or peddling but I am just not interested. When you call the number back you get a recording saying "We are sorry your number can not be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again". Obviously this is not a working or legitimate company telephone number. I know, I know, Cell Phone FL is the first clue...but still!
