I received a call from this number requesting to speak with Heather.  I asked “Who” and she repeated she wanted to speak with “Heather”.  I asked who was calling and I was unable to hear her name as the transmitted voice was garbled.  She repeated something garbled and when I questioned the third time it appeared that I was put on hold.  I then hung up.  

I have received repeated calls asking for “Heather” and I have had no success with advising them that Heather does not, has never and never will live at this number.  It appears that someone foolishly made a high risk unsecured loan to this person and is attempting to make me responsible for the collection of their lost monies.  I will not be responsible for someone else’s poor business decisions and I might suggest that they pay for their own irresponsible decision.  I have begun making FTC complaints on each call and will continue to do so until the calls cease,  complaint # 21238809 is for this call.  Complaints are easily made at the following website link:
