Got the exact same message, on the same day. I fully expect this to be spam. I see others are reporting it as such today.

Got a text message from 703795@verizon.net supposedly from Wells Fargo. Called the number 852-308-1022 and they asked me for my SSN. Hung up right away. Called Wells Fargo and they confirmed that they did not send me a text. Just another scammer! So frustrated because they interrupted my long run!

Got exactly the same message. I called it several times to put in bogus SSN and 16-digit card numbers. The robo-dialer finally stopped taking my calls.
