Received call from 1-862-229-1352 stating that I owe money to Titan Bank for a payday loan. I never had a debt with this company; however, she knew my name, residence, email address, bank, and of course my telephone number. Sent me a letter to my email address. I tried asking questions, because just maybe, just maybe I did miss something, but Beth Lynn over talked me, accused me of trying to get out of paying the debt and all I wanted was the debt origination paperwork. She threatened to send income verification papers to my employer and even made it seem like she was going to do wage garnishment, so I checked my credit report and there are no judgement against me in order to do wage garnishment.

So after being completely frazzled after that phone call, I did further investigation. I found that the address Box #503 3780 Old Norcross Road Ste. 103 Duluth, Georgia 30096 is a UPS Store. On http://www.bizapedia.com/ga/ROSEN-MANAGEMENT-SERVICES-INC.html, they have only been in business since 12/22/2015 (just a little over a month). The registered agent's (Iilya Klipinitser) address is a 3BR/2BA townhouse and I believe he has a police record. Their website: http://www.rosenmanagementhelps.com/. The first page looks official, but if you click on the links like "about" or "services", none of the links work, and the clients page is still a template "I'm a title, I'm a description, edit me". So I'm reporting them on FBI website and posting wherever I can to make others aware. If I wasn't so strong in my position of not having a debt with Titan Bank and trying to verify information, I would have just given them money because they had all my information. But based on additional follow-up, they are a company that just came out of nowhere and everything else if very shady.

Be very careful and get verification of debt from any caller stating that you owe money to a company you do not recognize. This scammer is very, very, very good. I put unknown, because I believe it is a scam.

I had the same call from this company stating I committed fraud. They said I took a payday loan from JP Morgan & Chase in the amount of $950. His suppose name is Adam Riley # 862-229-1352. case # 9319. Loan was taken out on April 14, 2011. I think this is fraud.

I think you can assume that is a fraud.  For one thing, JP Morgan Chase does not give payday loans.  Big Bank name, it is supposed to scare you.  These people are scum, and if you block the calls, that is probably best.  They will keep calling and trying to scare you with more crazy lies such as you are about to be arrested and the officer is on the way.  You will want to hang tough, these are crooks and they will threaten you if they can.

- I am trying to get a fix on this Rosen Management, I am finding indications they work under other names and I am seeing some indications they have a history on this site going back several years.  Bad Guys for sure.

Received exact same phone call from Rosen Management Services except the # was 762-728-9079. I told them I was going to call the police.
