Rang mobile. Left no message. Another thread reports this as a Credit Card Services scam to reduce the interest rate.

Received a call on my mobile phone from 860-822-7440. Did not leave a message. They call every other day. Last time I picked up and asked someone to remove me from their list and they just hung up on me. Wish they would stop calling!

Pr-recorded message; Ann from Account Services, 'press 1 for additional important messages', I did and was told I was 12th in line waiting, when I got to 3rd I hung up.
It is another credit card interest rate scam.

Carl’s voice was recorded, and has a familiar print to it. AKA Carl and fellow swindlers may be going to jail.
He’s using an older Non-Rachel robo;
“This is a very important message about your current credit card account. This is your second, and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate, and payments. Press one now to find out the terms, conditions, and associated changes, before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press one now to take advantage of this today.”

Since aka Carl is breaking the law multiple times a day, we’ll go ahead and repost recent robo- racketeering card holder non-compliant telemarketers.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
