Received voicemail that they saw my resume and very interested.    I don't live and CT and have not posted my resume for a financial institute.  

Called and said they were a recruiter and asked to speak to me. Asked them to hold on, so I could step out of the office, and they hung up. Probably a scam to get personal information.

Ask me information and hang out to me

I'd just posted my resume to CareerBuilder just a few days ago. Now I get all these calls and emails from people like this one. "Hi, I'm Sfsrdft Uasfetdyty (deliberately mumbled and unintelligible). We saw your resume and are very interested in having you come in and speak with your managers ..." There'd nothing as infuriating as really needing a job, but getting spammers from insurance agencies, financials, etc etc etc
