Some Guy Left a message that my Social Security # is being investigated and need to call him back????????

They said i had a lawsuit filed against me.. I was going along with it at first because i knew it was a scam being that they been calling me for the last 2 months using different numbers.. Finally i told him it was a scam an he cussed me OUT!

I received a call from 860-761-3297 telling me the same thing!  It is totally a scam. I told them if they wanted to file suit, go ahead and send the paperwork to my house.  I will be more than happy to meet them in court.  They said it was for a payday loan in 2010 that I did not pay.  First of all, I did not have any pay day loan and secondly, they are full of crap.  I am going to call the police department, FBI and department of justice to report them.

I keep on getting this call by two different numbers.  They got my work phone too and are harrassing me.  What should I do?

This same guy called me saying almost the exact same thing. He told me that I had to appear in court tomorrow and I could fight it in court or settle outside of court by sending him a fax with some lame [***] statement he read to me along with my creidt card number and CCV code. When I asked for written notification he started to get irrate and started trying to rush off of the phone saying that he was trying to help me and that I could just fight it in court. Who the hell gets notified by "email", as he stated, that they have to appear in court. Really dude?!!
