Don't know his real name but we have asked a number of times to remove from his automated calling solicitations for window washing, power washing etc.. I actually had the pleasure of speaking with him a few minutes ago and he started screaming at me and screamed racial names at me and a whole slew of profanity. Totally unprofessional, the next time I receive a phone call from him I am phoning the police and asking them to site him for harassment.

He is some loser who doesn't have a real job so he provides handyman services most likely for cash under the table.

It's from some guy named Kevin. Calls every 2-3 months with the same spiel. Have asked not to be called by him, have actually spoken to him and yet he persists. No call list is worthless.

continually calls after being told to stop. This is spam and harassing

This individual called "Kevin" has been leaving long winded messages on my home phone for 4 years about a power washing company blah blah blah and God Bless you blah blah.  One night at midnight I called the number and the same person actually answered and I told him to remove my number.  He said oK but they continue.  I just left a message now stating I was going to Dpt of Consumer Protection. The messages are long winded annoying as all get out.

received a call from a person named Kevin, automated message left on voice mail, similar spiel as mentioned here by SJ, no name or number on caller ID, only says "Incoming Call"...last message left about him here in December 2013, I received this call in April 2014 (as noted on my comment)...claimed to be a power wash company, which offers other services, such as vent cleaning...
