Number of calls..no message.Return call results in no answer!

this number calls all the time and never leaves a message

2 calls received - no message left. I called back to find out it's AT&T (and DirecTV) following up on a recent call to customer service. I told the employee that the phone number does not have AT&T on the caller ID which is not very customer centric. But I know that won't truly change anything.
