On 11-4-2010, Caller said he was with National Survey Center and was mad because I had called 877-294-9103 a few minutes earlier and told them via recorded message I left on their CUSTOMER CARE line not to call my mother again.  877-294-9103 had called my mother on 11-3-2010 about helping her recover money stolen (2 years ago) from her checking account.  He informed me "he was a national survey center helping identify senior fraud and that he had my complaint forwarded to him.  That I had to receive 2 phone calls from the number and notify caller on 3rd call; do not call again before I could file a complaint with the National Do Not Call registry."  I told him no wonder seniors as so scrammed and hung up.  I hope this is the end of this.
