Just received a call from Jesse asking by name for the owner of a store that I manage.  When I said he wasn't here, he hung up on me.  I called him back and sweetly told him that he hung up before I had a chance to take a message.  He was rude and hung up on me again.  I can't imagine that this person is making a living.  Any suggestions to stick it to him for putting a nasty moment into my day?
