Tried to get account number for free upgrade on my Sprint phone

Claimed he was from Spring Nextel and wanted my account information

Person spoke with an Indian accent and was very pushy

They have been calling my cell phone every day from 9:30am - 2:00pm  I never answer the phone as I had no idea who it was and they never leave a message.  How do I stop this person or business from calling my cell phone?

i let it go to voicemail each time as i did not recognize the area code - it's in connecticut/ rhode island area.  it's also relatively a new area code, so it's probably a cell number that cannot be traced.  
i'll bet that he has some sort of illegaly obtained customer list in order to target sprint for sprint customers and so on.  i wonder if a law enforcement agency would be gung ho to set up a sting.  federal jurisdiction for being across state lines and telecom fraud = fbi?  mulder and sculley?  i'd rather have the lone gunmen and a baseball bat.  this kind of crap gives immigrants a bad name.

I got a call from this number.  Sounded like an Indian/Pakistan guy.
Told me that I was a valued sprint customer and wanted to offer $200 off on my next cell phone purchase.  I told him I would stop by a local store and take care of business there as I was enjoying a meal with company.  He then got very pushy and demanded my personal information.  At this point he wins customer service of the year.  Told him to [***].
