Caller keeps calling with no message - thank goodness as they are calling my cell phone which has a Connecticut area code, but I now live in Florida.

More blah blah blah from a robocall message about lowering my electric rates. Blocked along with all the other countless electric rate scams. Came up as "Customer Service" on caller ID. What a crock!
