The agent was very rude, he insisted on having me verify who I was, but refused to introduce himself.
I will not talk to anyone who doesn't introduce themselves first.
My phone is registered on the NO CALL list,

This office will not stop calling and we too are on the Do Not Call list. They are rude and I have told them there is no interested in speaking with them. They wont stop calling.
These people won't stop calling and leaving voice mails. I have caled them and told them to not call anymore. i think we should call him 12 times a day, and see if he enjoys it. Also, they were extremely rude to my receptionist.
