Displays as Startel, LLC. Numerous hangup calls for several months. Answered a couple with no response but background noise. Finally spoke to someone who wanted to lower my electric rate but couldn't explain how. He had to ask someone else for a number when I asked if I could call back. A lot of conversation/ noise in background.

its a scam people.. they tell you they will lower your rates yet they just need all the billing info. told them to shove the phone up their [***] then dial it from inside, and ONLY then i will give my info to that scimbag. i think she tried it to be honest

I receive several calls from this number a week.  Have never answered the calls and no message has every been left.

I have recieved calls at least twice a day every day for a few months from Startel LLC.  Normally I ignor these calls but today I answered.  The gentelman I spoke with wanted to lower my rate and when I told him I did not have my account information, he told me that it was "AGAISNT THE LAW" for him to hang up until I gave him my information.  I called the number on my caller ID and got a voice mrssage.  It is a scam alright.  Hope they get the scumbags.
