Telemarketing purposes for "United Breast Cancer" Foundation being illegally advertised over the phone.  Do call them back at whatever time is convenient for you.  Their real working number is 1-936-231-8460.  According to their main headquarters, they're national as their reason for automated advertising in order to try and reach out for as many new customers as possible.

30 second voice message claims to be with "Summons" when I answered. Whenever I try to call back, another voice message automatically answers with a disconnected beep says "all circuits are busy at this time". Very rude and annoying! I now want to say that this is seriously a phony scam by someone who doesn't care if he/she is breaking a very serious law to jeopardize our personal rights!
