I received a call the other day from this number.  The man (with a severely foreign accent, mind you) stated he was from state medical department and wanted to know if I had some surgery that I was supposedly unable to pay for.  I told him to quit calling me and if he continued to harass me, I will press criminal charges against him.  I then received a similar call again today and I tried calling back and it was a fax machine.
