Called again on 08/26/2014 @ 11:23 AM from China. I was home this time and decided not answering wasn't having the desired effect I wanted. So I picked up and started my little play time with this guy. I warned him my computer was based on very old technology like myself. I didn't know how to use it as much more than a calculator. Then I excused myself to use the bathroom for a few minutes. I played along with his instructions acting completely inept. I gave him a made up credit card number but said my eye site is bad and I couldn't read the expiration date because it was silver lettering on a silver background, but my wife would be home in a few minutes and she could read it. He asked me what kind of computer I had and I said it was an off brand. I was getting tired of this and had other things I needed to do so I finally spelled out the name on my computer. A-b-a-c-u-s. The moron still didn't understand. (An abacus is an ancient computing machine used in China and still used today.) I told him my wife was calling on the cell phone and I had to answer it. After a couple of minutes I told him how excited she was that I was working with someone who could fix our computer. I told him my wife was going to be latter than expected and he could call back some other time for the credit card expiration number. This conversation went on for about 15 minutes. 15 minutes he won't have to scam someone else of their credit card info.

Today is Saturday, August 30, 2014 last call from 860-111-16666 was yesterday August 29, 2014. Previously received calls from 860-111-1111. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize or from callers who do not leave a message. I enter all unrecognized numbers in 800 notes to determine whether other complaints have been received. 800 notes has been very helpful in determining who is calling my number and why.

Keep getting calls from this number (for the last couple of months) and they won't leave a message.   I have tried calling them back and get a busy signal or saying no such number available.

Don't know what else to do.    

I have never answered their calls.

Have been receiving calls from unavailable number and 860-111-1666 insisting that I turn on my computer.  Each time I tell them I have no problem with my computer, someone else will call from the same company.  I've asked them to remove my number, but to no avail, they continue to call from different numbers.
