Spotloan trying to collect money in a state in which it is ILLEGAL to loan too.

I receive calls from this business several times a day.  I do not have a loan with them.  They have verified several times that I do not have a loan with them, and that they have the incorrect number, but they continue to call.  If I cannot answer the phone, and they have to leave a message, they are very rude on the voice mail.  I have asked them several times to take my number off of their records.  It has been 2 months, and they are still calling asking for a woman that I do not know.
