I called back to see who it was.  It is a collection agency trying to collect money for a debt that is not mine.  They are trying to collect a debt for a bank I have never heard of.  I have been challenging this with credit reporting bureaus and with them. I have sent them certified letters, and still they refuse to provide me with the proof that I ever opened this account.  They want me to prove it is NOT my account.  How am I supposed to prove that?  So now they call and NEVER leave a message.  I only deal in written communication for these matters.
