Repeated calls that say "Charity" on caller id. Finally picked up by chance. Caller says collecting for Kentucky State Police and will send me a decal. Put the phone down and he was still into his script without interruption for at least 30-40 seconds.

The caller calls from various phone numbers showing CHARITY. On the answering machine, he asks for my wife by her first name. Also has called from 954-204-0191, same person's voice.

Got a call from 859-908-2939. Caller ID says 8599082939 where name of person/company should be. Voice asked 'is Cheryl there' twice. Then man came on when I said wrong number, he said 'we will update our records.'
