Received two phone calls from this number.  Left no voice message

It's the lexington herald leader selling papers. They don't leave msg. I didn't get anyone to respond on the other line when I answered. I called the number back, found out it's the paper

You could hear a dialing room in the background.  I know because I worked for a non-profit agency that used a dialer.  I spoke with Maria at Herald last week and cancelled my sub.  My sister gets these calls weekly.
